Wrangling hundreds of features into a cohesive release

OpenStack is the world’s largest open source cloud infrastructure software. As a result, semiannual product releases involved 2,000+ contributors, 60+ contributing projects (each with a changing, elected Project Technical Leader), and hundreds of new features.

Developing clear value statements, prioritizing top features, and rolling it all into a cohesive narrative for global PR was my job.
